2. End User form (if they already have VZW and is in the employees name).....fill this out and have them fax it in to the number on the sheet.
3. Price plans with their discounts included.
4. If they have a work email and they already have VZW....have them go to www.verizonwireless.com/getdiscounts and have them punch in their email address.
 
Also please have them order through me to make sure they get their discounts on the account. If you want you can contact me and I'll talk to them, if they have any question's.
